She has 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, including extensive experience in business process management – primarily in the fields of contract management, and litigation claims.Lakshmi has been an active member in the Empowerment Women in IT (EWIT) and the governing member for POSH – Prevention of Sexual Harassment program.
